BDCC has been an incredible asset to the Windham Regional Career Center. Alex has been instrumental in assisting the Career Center teachers to bridge a gap with Brattleboro employers. Growing this relationship between the Career Center and area businesses is essential for our students to be able to access Work Based Learning opportunities while enrolled in CTE programs. Alex combines his knowledge of local economic needs with high school students future employment needs. BDCC has reached out to area employees and has arranged tours of multiple businesses that my teachers and students have participated. These tours are extremely valuable to educate our students of the high wage, high demand career pathways positioned in our local economic sector.
