Bobbi Kilburn joined BDCC in February, 2015 as its Grant & Project Manager, and in 2016 she transitioned into the role of Director of Finance & Grant Management. Prior to joining BDCC, she was providing business and financial support to the Vermont Center for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing, acting as its Director of Finance and Board treasurer during its wind-down phase, and to Green Mountain Power Corporation providing litigation support specific to Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation. Both followed her 15 years with Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation as its Vice President, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary.  Bobbi also provided financial and business consulting services to the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, Austria and to Monadnock SCORE Chapter #379 in Keene, NH.  In the early part of her career, Bobbi worked for Chittenden Bank’s mortgage loan servicing division.   Bobbi is a Vermont native, and she and her husband John, maintained their roots locally, living in Westminster, where they raised their three children into successful young professionals.  This commitment to the Tri-State region continues through their local involvement, volunteer efforts, and instilling a strong work ethic as a member of Windham County.

With a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Accounting from Keene State College, Bobbi puts her education and skill set(s) to work in the community in other ways. She believes that we all benefit when a community is strong, vibrant and offering its youth a means to succeed; as such, Bobbi contributes to this effort as a member of the Youth Services board and Executive Committee, serving as its Treasurer. Most recently, Bobbi’s community and regional support continues as an appointee by the Town of Westminster Selectboard to the Windham Regional Commission in which she actively participates in policy decisions and working to implement those decisions into her Westminster community.
