Please provide a brief overview of your project. Highlight the purpose of your project, mission of the project, project goals, regional impact, who will benefit and how will they benefit from your project.

What is the timeline of your project? Has your project started? If so, when? When is your project due to be completed? If you have yet to begin your project please note this and provide an estimated timeline.

Please provide an on overview of any previous experience you may have that will assist you with this project. What resources do you currently have in place or plan to have in place to implement the project? Will you be leveraging any external assets (bank loans, individuals, equity investors, organizations) outside of the Windham Region? If applicable, please reference any committed funds, organizational support and permits.

Please outline the specific outcomes of your project. If applicable, please address the following areas;
• Number of new jobs /full time equivalents created or retained, especially those with wages above the Windham County average wage. Please list current or anticipated wages.

• Will the project enhance the region’s priority business clusters (healthcare, technology-driven manufacturing, and green building products and services)? If so, how?
• Will your project fill an existing gap in the Southeastern Vermont supply chain? If yes, explain how.
