RIC is a nonprofit lending and capital-access organization strategically formed by BDCC as part of its broader organizational realignment. Recognizing the critical importance of accessible financing in regional economic health, BDCC created RIC as a dedicated entity, purpose-built to manage and expand financing programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurial activity, business growth, and job creation across Southern Vermont.
