LNAs are essential members of Vermont’s healthcare workforce. By working together, we can clear the hurdles that keep candidates from finishing training, reduce our dependence on high-cost agency staffing, and build a stable pool of local talent.
Participants will receive support before and during training, including career readiness, workplace preparation, and resources to help them successfully complete the program and move into healthcare employment.
