BDCC’s Lending Specialist worked with Nicki and Eva to get an SBA micro loan to purchase the building and get things in motion. BDCC provided support through every step of the opening processes, including: making sure that the books were up to date, creating a business plan, and conducting a financial analysis. All BDCC borrowers receive free technical assistance as part of the lending services.
