Vermont Council on Rural Development Board Members enjoyed a brief tour at True North Granola at the Cotton Mill during their two-day regional tour and retreat which included a stop at the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation offices to meet with staff from the BDCC and the Windham Regional Commission.
