Last week, Workforce and Education Program Manager Alex Beck traveled to Washington D.C to work with the U.S Chamber of Commerce Foundation on their Talent Pipeline Management initiative.

After two years of working in Windham County schools, creating new, local career pathways, and building stronger employment pipelines since the initial training, Alex was invited back to share his experiences and expertise working in high schools and career centers in hopes of increasing their impact.

As these visits continue, he’ll be bringing back more ideas and resources to best serve Windham County students.
