We can help you with risk assessment, financial projections, funding resources, marketing strategy, and engineering assistance, just to name some of the topics we cover.
We also can offer you guidance and connections for available Financing and Incentive resources that could work for you, such as revolving loan funds, state development banking, and tax incentive programs.
Since 1954, we have been at the hub of economic progress in the Windham County area, so we know the in’s and out’s of doing business in this region. We can help you build or enhance relationships at the local, state, and federal levels to better achieve your business goals. Whether its managerial, technical, regulatory, and/or financial guidance you need, we can help you make the best decisions for your new, existing, or relocating business.
Could your company benefit from lower manufacturing costs and higher productivity? What company couldn’t! No matter what size company you currently are, or plan to become, we can help connect you with manufacturing assistance and training possibilities to improve your company’s operations and increase competitiveness.
We are always looking at new ways to provide support and guidance for entrepreneurs. Several ways in which we already do so include our annual BDCC Business Plan Competition and information on opportunities for free or affordable education and training for businesses.
Will you be needing to rent commercial space? BDCC owns and manages an Act 250-approved industrial park and two business parks/incubators in Brattleboro. We would be happy to talk with you to see if any of the space fits your company’s needs or to help connect you with real estate opportunities in the region.
For other commercial space that might be available for rent or purchase, the Vermont Department of Economic Development has a useful tool online called the Vermont Commercial/Industrial Site Locator.
