Get Ready for the Season Ahead: BDCC’s BizConnect Workshop Helps Businesses Strengthen Seasonal Planning and Performance

Brattleboro, VT – The Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation (BDCC) will host its next BizConnect Wednesday, November 19 at 4:00 PM at the Old School Community Center in Wilmington. This event will feature a two-part program: a workshop focused on improving business systems and metrics, followed by a networking reception.

BDCC will share low-cost, practical takeaways to help businesses implement simple systems that improve operations and decision-making throughout the year. The workshop will cover tools for tracking key performance metrics such as inventory, sales trends, and customer data, helping business owners make more informed, data-driven choices and adapt to seasonal fluctuations.

Participants will leave with actionable strategies for planning, projecting sales, and evaluating outcomes, identifying what’s working, what can be improved, and how to strengthen future operations. BDCC also plans to follow up with interested local businesses to analyze trends using regional marketing and economic data, providing insights that can help them plan for a stronger 2026.

After the workshop, attendees are invited to stay for a networking reception to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, share ideas, and discuss opportunities for collaboration.

This BizConnect event is free to attend, but registration is strongly encouraged brattleborodevelopment.com/bizconnect.

This event is supported by the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wilmington Works, and the economic development teams from Wilmington and Dover.
