BDCC acknowledges, respects and celebrates differences and commonalities of all people. We are committed to ensuring that we foster a culture both in our office and in our business community where each person feels seen, heard and supported.   In addition to our moral obligations, our regional economy is not sustainable with our current demographics, but can only prosper with new citizens who are welcomed, supported and respected in our community.

We stand in solidarity with the Black Community and oppose racism in all its forms.
