Hospitality and Customer Service Training Partnership

In partnership with Mount Snow, Northern Vermont University, and the Vermont Department of Labor, the BDCC is hosting a Guest Services and Supervisory Skills training boot-camp the weekend of November 8th-10th. The trainings come with an industry recognized certificate from Northern Vermont University, and registration is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

These trainings are perfect for job-seekers, entry-level hires, and upwardly mobile incumbent employees, and provide a variety of skills needed for hospitality, sales, retail, tourism, food service, and other industries that interact frequently with the general public.
