Landlords Summit Focuses on Helping Tenants and Creating New Units
In late July the regional Housing Coalition put on a “Landlords Summit” to help spread the word about programs designed to prevent evictions by providing rent and mortgage relief. The Summit also focused on initiatives to increase housing stuck, such as a relief program which helped bring 71 rental units online as well as zoning changes Brattleboro has undertaken that remove barriers.
