Topics covered will include: understanding the process for obtaining patents and trademarks, determining whether your idea or product qualifies for protection, addressing copyright infringement concerns, including complex or unclear cases, evaluating whether to license, sell, or go into production with an existing patent, and recognizing and responding to fraudulent communications and IP scams
