If you are ready to increase your financial skills, this series is for you.
BDCC’s business finance workshops will provide a deeper understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and how to build forecasts and budgets. The workshops are part of BDCC’s continued commitment to supporting the region’s businesses and entrepreneurs. The Financial Acumen Workshop is a combination of Online-Zoom sessions and pre-recorded sessions. Register for the online session and get free access to the pre-recorded workshops after completing the three pre-requisites.

This new series builds on financial workshops organized by BDCC in 2021 which covered the basic concepts of the financial statements, budgeting, and contingency planning. Just like the “Financial Foundation and Budgeting” workshop, these workshops are part of the “Foundations in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development” offered by the BDCC Business Services Team and will be facilitated by Eyad Salha, BDCC’s Business Technical Assistance Provider. Once you have completed the three workshops above, you will have access to the pre-recorded sessions below. These sessions will be pre-recorded to give you time to practice the skills you are learning as you go at your own pace.

Eyad Salha is BDCC’s Business Technical Assistance Provider. Eyad has a B.S. in Finance from an American university in Beirut, is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration at UMASS Amherst, and he’s in the last stages of becoming a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst.
