Joshua Pacheco currently serves as Controller at BDCC, where he oversees all aspects of financial management, human resources and works hand and hand with BDCC’s business group in support of BDCC’s lending programs. He stepped into the role in June 2025, bringing with him a strong foundation in accounting, tax preparation, and operational oversight built over years in public accounting.

Prior to his current position, Joshua worked as a Senior Accountant, specializing in tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. His career has spanned multiple industries—including legal and financial services—where he developed deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Accounting. In addition to his professional work, he’s been an active contributor to his local community through service on the Dummerston Development Review Board and the Recreation Board.

Born in Brattleboro, Joshua has lived in Connecticut and New Hampshire before settling in Vermont, where he now lives in Dummerston with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and coaching hockey, spending time with his two daughters, relaxing on the deck with his wife, playing games with friends, and enjoying a good scoop of ice cream.
