Two Windham Businesses Named Vermont Best Places to Work

BURLINGTON – January 14th, 2020  Vermont Business Magazine and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce unveiled the rankings of the top 51 Best Places to Work in Vermont 2020.

Congratulations to the two Windham County businesses named Vermont Best Places to Work. The Richards Group of Brattleboro, which remains on the list for the fifth year in a row, and Chroma Technology Corp of Bellows Falls, which returns to the list after reaching the top in 2018.

To determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont companies participate in a two part process that first evaluates workplace policies, practices, and demographics (25% of the total evaluation). Then an employee survey is used to measure employee experience (75% of the total evaluation). The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
