On November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 26 Community members, including a number of Mount Snow employees, participated in a Supervisory Skill-Building training and Guest Services Boot-Camp hosted in partnership with the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation, Northern Vermont University, Mount Snow, and the Vermont Department of Labor. Trainees learned about conflict resolution, project management, and the transferable skills needed to deliver excellent service, regardless of occupation or employer.
