Vermont Employment Pathfinder was created in 2022 through a partnership between local workforce and education experts and internationally renown technologists at Skill Lab, looking to increase the skills- and wages- of marginalized and underemployed workers. ​ Having run workforce and education programs for years for everyone from high school students to New Vermonters with limited english proficiency, the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation strives to identify the best practices and tools needed to empower and improve our workforce. We’ve partnered with technology companies that use the power of AI to create people-centered solutions to some of our worlds most complex issues, and are bringing them to the Green Mountain State.
