The program will feature Kevin Stapleton, Assistant Director of the Economic & Labor Market Information Division of the Vermont Department of Labor. He will speak on key labor market trends and what they mean for local employers, growing industries, and the future of Vermont’s economy. Stapleton uses raw data to create clear narratives about who is already working in Vermont, where the gaps are, and which industries are primed for growth.
The Windham Leadership Series brings together leaders from across the region who want access to timely information and clear data for meaningful cross-sector discussion about the forces moving our economy. Each session features a speaker who’s achieving results, someone with practical experience, strong data, or insights that help us see new possibilities for Windham County. The series will support practical learning and encourage participants to compare notes with peers navigating similar decisions.
