Kevin Stapleton of the Vermont Department of Labor gave a data-rich presentation to regional leaders from across Windham County at the February 13th BDCC Windham Leadership Series event. Held over lunch, this session brought together business, nonprofit, and municipal leaders for a conversation on workforce trends in Windham County, and what it means for the region’s economic future.
Stapleton’s presentation translated complex datasets into clear, practical insights, highlighting who is currently participating in the workforce, where gaps persist, and which industries are positioned for growth.
Consistent with the goals of the Windham Leadership Series, this session created space not just for learning, but also for connection.
