The Knowledge Bites webinar series is designed to bring you quick, interactive intros to practical sources of training and assistance that you can access during a lunch hour, to help you improve operations and move projects forward. In this webinar, we’ll give a quick overview of SoVT Get on Board, a program developed by the Southern VT Economy Project to help foster thoughtful local leadership in communities across our region. Across four Saturdays, cohort members explore Southern Vermont towns and villages while learning about how community projects, nonprofit organizations, and municipal leadership work in a Vermont context. Peer learning, interactive activities, and expert presentations help participants find purpose and place in their community.
Enrollment is now open for the 2027 cohort, which starts on October 3. If you’re interested in joining the program, are an organization who might be interested in sponsoring an attendee, or are just curious – come get an overview of the curriculum, and hear prior attendees and presenters speak to their experience.
