Each year, regional partners BDCC and BCRC issue a call for projects as part of two coordinated regional processes: the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) update and the Regional Priority Project (RPP) program.

Submitting your project is an important opportunity to raise awareness of your project with regional economic development professionals and funders, and designation as an RPP is critical in accessing some state and federal funding programs.

To participate in the project submission process, you’ll need to complete a form describing your project and how it aligns with regional goals outlined in the 2024–2029 Southern Vermont CEDS.

Projects that complete the additional RPP questions will also be reviewed and considered for designation as Regional Priority Projects (RPPs), which are implementation-ready projects prioritized for state and federal funding. (Note that RPPs have replaced the former “Vital Projects” designation in the CEDS.)

In this webinar, we’ll review the CEDS objectives, go through the submission form, and answer any questions you might have about the submission and/or review process.
