Could sharing staff, resources, or services increase your town’s capacity? Join municipal leaders from across Southern Vermont for an interactive discussion exploring opportunities for collaboration between towns.
We’ll hear examples of shared services taking shape or already underway in our region, including recreation programming, public safety, and other emerging opportunities. Through facilitated small-group discussions, participants will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for collaboration, share experiences, and explore common barriers.
Come prepared to share your town’s challenges, learn from neighboring communities, and explore practical ways to accomplish more by working together.
The Southern VT Municipal Leaders Network is an ongoing series that is designed to set Southern Vermont’s town leaders up for success in supporting community and economic development in their towns. Topics are based on a survey of the issues that are top of mind for our local leaders. Municipal Leaders Network events are open to all current elected and appointed Town officials, as well as Town staff.
