The New Hampshire Construction Career Days connects students with the Construction and Transportation Industries to explore career options through hands-on activities. The event took place over two days with over 1000 students participating. Students from Windham Regional Career Center participated this year and had the opportunity to try their hand at welding, plumbing, bridge construction and surveying, among other high-demand careers. They even had the chance to operate several pieces of heavy equipment! Each interactive exhibit was staffed by professionals from a wide array of construction related work, eager to share their expertise and enthusiasm with the students.
