Our facilities are located in Brattleboro, a three state economic region with a workforce nearly 125,000 strong. It has a diverse economic base that includes manufacturing, higher education, forestry and farm-based sectors, and a fast-growing small business sector with high-tech and value-added food and beverage producers.
We are within 3 hours of NYC, 2 hours from Boston and Albany, an hour from Hartford, CT. All of our properties are within a mile of one of Brattleboro’s three exits on Interstate 91. The eastern side of the region is bordered by the scenic Connecticut River and New Hampshire. Amtrak train service from Brattleboro, reaches Montreal, New York and the entire northeast corridor. The Keene-Dillant airport is 30 minutes away, and Bradley International (CT) just over an hour to the south on I-91.
Southeastern Vermont boasts four colleges, four regional high schools and multiple middle and elementary schools, with dozens more colleges and private educational institutions within the greater region including Keene State 30 minutes away and UMass Amherst 45 minutes to the south.
