G.S. Precision manufactures high-precision machined components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft engines, power generation turbines, defense systems, thermal imaging devices and other commercial industries. The company has been doing business in Southern Vermont for almost sixty years. GSP has recently undergone a $17 million expansion that will bring 100 new jobs to Brattleboro.
The NEDA Board of Directors and 2016 Annual Conference Awards Committee recognized the GS Precision Expansion Project our 2016 Project of the Year for communities smaller than 50,000 in population. NEDA defines the Project of the Year as a single, stand-alone project that successfully achieved a goal established in the local community’s economic development strategic plan.
