BDCC Business Resiliency 1/21/2021 Webinar: BIPOC & Minority Business Support
January 21, 2021 @ 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm
Business Resiliency Webinar for BIPOC & Minority-Owned Businesses
Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation is hosting a Business Resiliency and Technical Assistance Webinar for self-identified BIPOC and Minority-owned businesses. This webinar will focus on identifying inclusive and welcoming sources of technical assistance, providing greater access to local lenders, and providing an invitation and introduction to future BDCC and other business support programs. It will also include an overview of relevant provisions in the Economic Aid Act, Congress’s most recently passed COVID recovery legislation, which includes a second round of the Paycheck Protection Program, a potentially-forgivable loan designed to offset payroll costs impacted by COVID-19.
Participants will meet and contacts for technical assistance providers with expertise in COVID relief, meet representatives for local banking institutions that manage COVID and non-COVID-related lending programs, and learn more about BDCC Business Resiliency, Entrepreneurism, and Business growth programs. All self-identified BIPOC or Minority business owners or managers, and those committed to creating space and equitable economic opportunity for these community members, are welcomed to attend.
Register Today for the January 21 BDCC Business Resiliency Program (BRP). This event is for owners and management of businesses that are BIPOC, minority, woman, and LGBTQ+ owned or managed.
