In this two hour session, Dave Chase, Founder and Principal of DRC Consulting, will provide an overview of the most important core roles and responsibilities of the nonprofit board. Dave will provide an opportunity to assess where your board is at present, relative to these roles and responsibilities. He will suggest ways to begin strengthening the roles and responsibilities.

Following this workshop, each participating organization will have the opportunity to schedule a one-hour follow-up consultation with Dave in April or May to further build on the lessons from the April 2nd event.

Cost: $100 per board (this can be 1 person or all board members– the more that attend, the more bang for your buck!)

Location: TBD At this time we’re planning on hosting this event in person with a virtual option to attend via Zoom. We’ll require anyone who is attending in-person to wear masks at all times and provide enough space to spread out.
