GUIDELINES FOR COMPETING
Businesses who apply to compete must be located in Windham County.
The product or service created by the business will be sold primarily outside the region.
The business must be a legal entity.
The business will need to demonstrate it fills a gap in the market.
Projections will show revenues that can pay the owner(s) and two full-time equivalent employees.
