WORKFORCE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

People power the regional economy. BDCC is committed to helping people find opportunities, and helping employers find the talent they need. This is the recipe for thriving communities. Our workforce programs and partnerships are designed to foster a skilled regional workforce that gives southern Vermont a competitive edge. BDCC pursues data driven strategies based on hiring demand and industry trends, but building solutions is about building partnerships. We work within the region’s schools, alongside workforce development partners, and with employers and businesses every day.
