Southeastern Vermont Economic Development Strategies (SeVEDS) Opens Project Submissions Period for 2016 Windham Region CEDS
SeVEDS is accepting new projects and updated projects for its third annual update to the regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS). The CEDS is a regional plan for growth of the economy that was created in 2013 using a federally prescribed regional and public approach. The CEDS contains a section identifying and prioritizing vital projects, programs and activities that address the region’s greatest needs or that will best enhance the region’s competitiveness. Inclusion of your project in the CEDS indicates to federal funders that your project is aligned with the region’s economic goals for growth. Inclusion can also assist the region in understanding what projects in our region are being proposed or are underway. The project submission period is open from September 12, 2016 through October 11, 2016. Projects seeking inclusion in the updated CEDS must provide the following: |
