SoVTYPs: Fitness From Home (AM)

Finally, a use for that industrial-size can of beans you panic-bought in March! Get your workout on using your home floor space and household objects. We’ll have a coach from the New England Center for Circus Arts to guide you through an accessible series of stretches and exercises to build strength and shake off the dust.
The class is free, but we have limited spots, so make sure to register using the link! Please have a space large enough to move freely in and padding such as a rug, yoga mat, or soft blanket.
