Relax, restore, and discover Vermont nature in a new way. This meditative and playful experience guides us to use our senses and mindfulness to connect with nature. Rooted in the Japanese art of shinrin-yoku, ”forest bathing”, this guided experience includes a combination of sitting, walking, and meandering over short distances in the beautiful woodland preserve at The Manitou Project.
