Join us on the Commons for an interactive self defense class! Self defense starts with self-reflection, preparation and planned strategies. Our workshop facilitators, Andrew and Angela, will be offering guidance and advice gleaned from a combination of martial arts training and life experiences. There will be conversation, exercises and with Andrew as an instructor, a bunch of dad jokes as well. Since we’ll be moving around outside, please come prepared with comfortable clothing.
