The Newfane Inn

The Newfane Inn is a small piece of history. It first opened in 1787 and quickly became an important part of the community. Since then it has survived through many different times and owners. In this new era of the inn, Lori Damato is working to restore The Newfane Inn to its former glory.

BDCC’s lending program assisted Lori on securing an SBA loan for renovations. BDCC staff provided technical assistance to support Lori through every step in the reopening process including setting up financial systems for her bookkeeping.

BDCC provides a range of small business loans to suit different needs, from working capital to construction. All BDCC borrowers receive free technical assistance.
