BDCC Hires Plante to be Business & Grant Assistant

The Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation announced the hire of Kris Plante as its Business and Grant Assistant as of October 2018. This position supports the BDCC’s Development Services and the offices of Executive Director, and Finance and Grant Administration.

Kris became interested in non-profits when she worked at a cat shelter while pursuing her Bachelors of Fine Arts. She grew up in a military family, moving 9 times and experiencing many different communities. Kris and her husband live in Brattleboro.

The BDCC is a private, nonprofit economic development organization that serves as a catalyst for industrial and commercial growth throughout Southeastern Vermont.  The primary objective of the BDCC is to create and retain a flourishing business community that supports vibrant fiscal activity and improves the quality of life of all of its residents.
