New Brattleboro Data Report Available

A new data report focused on Brattleboro’s economic and demographic trends has been published by BDCC: 2023-4 Brattleboro Report FINAL DRAFT  It incorporates data sourced from local, state and federal sources. This report was first produced by BDCC & SeVEDS at the request of the Brattleboro Selectboard in 2019, and updated in early 2024. It contains a general overview of economic conditions based on publicly available data sources.

The report includes a list of data resources available to anyone who wants to explore more deeply topics such as employment, housing and population trends.

As part of the upcoming update to the regional strategic economic plan, the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, more data will be made available regarding the southern Vermont region as a whole in order to inform public discourse around the plan.
