SVEP to offer grant writing workshop for small organizations to increase capacity
In partnership with the Vermont Community Foundation and the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation’s Southern Vermont Economy Project is excited to bring you “Making Fund Finding Fun! A Grant Writing Workshop”
This day-long training will provide grant writing tips, tools, and advice geared to a broad range of expertise and capacity. If your community or organization seek funding for projects or programs, this event will help.
You will hear from expert grant writers who have raised millions of dollars about favorite “trade secrets” and tips non-professionals can use to successfully raise money.
You will hear from public and private Vermont funders about what they like to see in winning grant applications.
Participants will be asked to bring concepts or proposals that they will workshop with the experts in round table sessions or one on one.
Lunch and coffee provided
From 3-4pm, be sure to stick around and network with the experts and grant seekers alike at the Bellows Falls Moose Lodge!
